Can Injury Causes Pain In The Testicle?

i just started work at a factory, and now i get a pain in my right nut, i dont know if it is a sperm tube pluged, or if i have a serious problem, i was hit in the right nut four or five years ago, but nothing happened then, no pains or anything, but since i started work it started hurting

Thanks for your query.
One can not have pain in the testicle for an injury that occurred four or five years ago.
It is possible that you have a pre-existing problem like varicose veins or so which had started to get painful because of your working condition.
The best way is to get practically examined by an Urologist and to get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination done to confirm the diagnosis of Varicose veins ot Epididymitis or orchitis. There are the commonest causes to cause pain in one side of the testis.
