Can I get a keloid from a inner bottom lip piercing? Is there a way to stop a Keliod from forming? I m very prone to keloids and I really want Tattoos and piercings? thanks for posting the qwery. As you are keloid prone you should definitely avoid trauma like ear piercing or trauma mainly on tensed skin. Ear lobes are also prone to keloids. there are various treatment modalities to flatten out keloids like intralesional steroids, cryotherapy etc. Better be safe by avoiding trauma.
