Sir, It all started with persistent giddiness aftermath one night at 2PM I had convulsion of let hand fingers I consulted doctors in emergency in Distt hospital ,.she noted BP 160/100. Next day I went to jammu and done MRI brain which I showed to Neurologist Jammu who advised me to take plenty of fruits and exercises later I showed this to Physchiatrist who advised Rexipera 0.5 and Etilon. I consumed for 5 days 3 each day and problem started . Hands and foot become cold and had panic attack, it was ok before this except giddiness. Then I started little loss of memory. This episode started in the month of May 2014, Then again I chage my neurologist who gave me one tablet for 4 days and advised to take wallnut one each day. Panic attacks have almost vanished but little loss of memory and giddiness continuing. Then I again I consulted Dr.Razdan at Jammu who advised me to take librium and daxid . I consumed but giddiness and loss of memory is still there. but very occassionalyI am taking zapiz to have sound sleep. Now I have started gimming to exercise and I am feeling sound sleep and nice day. But when I gap gimming insomnia/sleeplessness starts . Please also tell me wheather Dhyan yoga would helps me or gimming would cure me . If medication then how long this medication has to be continued. Pl. advise me Rajesh
