Can Intake Of I Pill Cause Severe Abdominal Pain With Vaginal Itch?

I had unprotected sex on 12th June..and I took I pill within 8hrs.my last period was on 23rd may. The next day of pill I had severe abdominal pain and leg pain which lasted for just day. 5days later I m having vaginal itch,only the outer vulva and no discharge. I m having lower back pain since then but my periods are still due.are these side effects of I pill.has the pill worked?pls help

I really appreciate your concern, this could be side effect of medicine but of course chances of pregnancy need to be ruled out because this may not be taken as granted because no contraceptive method is hundred per cent promising, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
