General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think naproxen can cause a delay in period. Most probably is cyclobenzaprine that is causing the delayed period.

It is a muscle relaxant that causes skeletal muscles to relax and also can relax even uterus from contracting and making periods to come. They will come as you stop it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
