Can Intake Of Naproxen And Cyclobenzaprine Result In Delayed Periods?
Hi I went to the hospital on the the 16th and have been taking naproxen and cyclobenzaprine, my period was due yesterday but has not come could the meds be causing it also I had sdx in the beginning of November but I had a period at the end of November and another one at the end of December
I don't think naproxen can cause a delay in period. Most probably is cyclobenzaprine that is causing the delayed period.
It is a muscle relaxant that causes skeletal muscles to relax and also can relax even uterus from contracting and making periods to come. They will come as you stop it.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
