Hello and welcome.

The exhaustion, lethargy and swelling (edema) is due to the high blood pressure and unlikely to be due to the medications in my opinion.

I would recommend a 24-monitoring of your blood pressure with the help of a Holter's device. This will help us in learning about your blood pressure levels with your daily routine, levels before the administration of the medications and after, etc. Make sure you log everything you do at the specific time you do so which will help the doctor tally and find the most likely cause for any fluctuations or irregularities or inadequacy in treatment.

Best wishes.
