Can Intake Of Tramadol While On Vicodin Cause Strange Behaviour And Disorientation?

my brother has been acting different lately we are extreamly worried he works in the medical field and has not been to work this week he feels he will give the wrong advice or meds he recently started a new medication called tramodal mind u he is already on vicodin for his back he recently been takin off cybolta because he was having strange thoughts so they put him on tramodalhe has been slurring not acting right confused but alert moving slowly constipated disoriented here and there do u think this medication has anything to do with this behavior he was prescribed tramadol by his orthapidic doctor not his primary
