Can Intake Of Extra Dose Of Allopurinol Cause Vomiting And Back Ache?

I am prescribed 300 mg allopurinol daily while on chemo therapy. I normally take it in th evening with dinner and lots of water. as I did last night. Mistakenly I again took 300 mg of allopurinol this morning on an empty stomach. A few hours later I vomited and have since had back pain at a scale of 8-9. Could these symptoms be related to the extra dose I took?

I really appreciate your concern, back pain and the repeat dose of medicine taken by mistake with empty stomach is not related but back pain could be due to muscular condition hope this information helps.
