Hi

Your symptoms such as frequent urination and vaginal pain can occur in urinary tract or vaginal infections.

Any history of fever, foul smelling vaginal discharge should be ruled out.You should be treated with antibiotics to reduce the infection.

Always wash your vagina and then down towards anal region to prevent infections.Urine analysis, pelvic ultrasound should be done to identify the cause of infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
