Can Ipill Harm An Unborn Child?

Hi.Me and my wife had unprotected sex around a week ago and she took an ipill for not conceiving.She also saw some mild bleeding and it stopped in a days time.Still she feared for the same and took the pregnancy test and the results were positive.If we want to to continue with the pregnancy would it affect in my unborn childs health .Plz Help
