Can Iron Pills And BiPAP Therapy Cause Weight Loss?

Hi I have been taking iron pills because I am anemic. I also use a bipap for sleep apnea. I have been very tire lately. Hair is falling out more than usual and I have lost weight without trying. What could be the problem? Should I see my doctor soon?

these are not related. hair fall may be due to dandruff.general examination should be done with routine examination. deworming should be done with albendazole.routine stool and urine test should be done.exclude diabetes nd have thyroid hormone analysis.
