Can Irritability Body Tremors And Sweating Become Chronic?

I have RH; it started years ago, and I didn t know what it was; about two months ago, I was diagnosed. I m so frustrated because I get irritable, shaky, sweaty, and feel like I m going to pass out. I can t leave home without my meter and at least three snacks. Can this turn chronic?
