Hi, can you explain me why you are drinking coffee or want to take paracetamol (Tylenol)? have you been abusing any opiate like heroin, tramadol etc. & are trying to ward off the withdrawal (Cold turkey)? If its so; my suggestion is consult a deaddiction specialist where depending upon your symptom severity & clinical profile you can be offered a basket of effective substitutes like buprenorphine+ naloxone combination; methdaone, combination of clonidine+Ketorolac+ Chlorzoxazone+ Pregabalin etc. which can take care of all the irritability & anxiety symptoms. Also you shall be offered effective relapse prevention programme at these dead diction centers. Good luck
