Can It Still Be Shingles Without A Rash, If I Ve Had Burning Shoulder Blade Pain For Two Weeks?

I went to the doc (a clinic) an she said what I described was shingles. But, I don t have a rash and it s been 2 weeks since symptoms appeared. I have literally no other symptoms but that tight, burning pain in 3 areas of my left shoulder blade. The pain is going towards the other side too.
