Can Itching And Burning Sensation Of Vagina Be Cause Of Alarm?

Okay im sort of worried about this. Im a 14 year old girl, and about a month ago my vagina was starting to itch. Then when i peed it burned slightly and when i wiped there was a small dot of blood. Theres not blood everytime, but sometimes. Im still a virgin and i dont have my period yet.
