Can Itching In The Labia Majora Signs For Yeast Infection?

It seems after sex, I get very raw at the crease if the labia majora. It ends up itching to the point where I believe I rub the skin raw. Always on the same side. I it possible that this primarily due to rough grinding during sex or possibly a yeast infection?

Hi,

Yes. I think that this can be due to yeast infection so I would suggest you to apply antifungal ointment locally and take antifungal tablets for 4 weeks, also take levocetizine tablets for decreasing the itching 10 mg once daily for 10 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
