Hi, Welcome to HCM. I am able to understand your concern of itching around genitals and anus for more than 10 years. Had you ever been treated with a Dermatologist? You had not mentioned about the history of your past treatment. Your problem of genital itching might be due to either a fungal infection including yeast or seborrhea or sweating irritation. Diabetes has to be looked for and to be controlled if any. Your treatment might not be either appropriate or adequate in dosage or duration. It is unlikely to be due to STD. Get an examination and investigation by a Dermatologist and he/she will take care of your problem easily. Dr S.Murugan
