Can Itchy Skin Be A Side Effect Of Concerta?

my daughter use to take concerta for adhd until recently. What I have noticed now is that she cannot stop scratching her skin. At first, I thought that she just had dry skin, and told her to put lotion on, but she just keeps saying that she itches. She also welts really easily. Is this a result of the concerta, and is there a way to stop the itching?
