Can Keeping Testicles Tucked Up Cause Any Problems?
I wear my testicles tucked up through the inguinal canals as high into my abdomen as they can go, held in place by a "gaff" panty. I am Transgendered, and require the "smooth" look. I keep them this way more than 12 hours a day. What may be the results of continually doing this?

Unique indeed. Tacking the testicles into the abdominal wall will loose its character and loss of function.
First the spermatogenesis will be reduced and slowly can reduce the testosterone production but not necessarily.
Another rare theoretical chance is development of the cancer in such testes.
I would advise you to get them removed then if you do not want the testicular functions. being transgender.
