Can Kidney Stones Be Removed Without Surgery?

Hi, My wife has 19mm stone in kidney, done with Xray, IVP, Ultra sound,doctor advice to go for operation, can any 1 tell that without operation can we flush the stone or it is compalsary to go for operation, if i go for operation what will be the SIDE EFFECTS for now and in future. kindly share your experience on this. Thanks

consult urosurgeon. option are surgery or lithotrypsy. it is urosurgeon who have to decide the option. in any case stone is to be removed.
