Can Knee Brace Be Used To Treat Knee Pain?

Hi.. I am 28 year.. my knees are little bit bend.. I have seen a product on astha channel india for knee pain and such problems, i forgot name of the product, but it is something we need to wear.. I would like to know is it safe, does it have any side effects? I am working my job is like I could not spend enough time for exercise. Please suggest..
