Can Knee Reconstruction Cause Severe Pain In The Hip And Discomfort In The Groin Region?

I have had continous pain in my left hip now for about 2+ years. The pain worsens when I rest and is sometimes tender to touch. I have had some groin discomfort also but I am afraid this could be more serious? I am currently undergoing physiotherapy, this initially feels better but the pain comes back. I have been a very active sportswoman and had a left knee reconstruction 2 years ago, could this be related? My height is 5 feet, I weigh 55kg and I am 36 years old.

Thank you!
