Can Lack Of Sleep Cause Tingling Sensation In Feet?

I haven t been sleeping well for the past few weeks and staying up all night some days and today I felt buzzing under my feet a few times. What is this buzzing and what does it mean? It must be from the lack of sleep? It s just a quick buzzing/vibrating sensation lasting about a second or so. Please let me know what it is!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in HCM.
Tingling sensation in the feet could be due to Vitamin B complex deficiency, particularly Vitamin B12. And due to this reason, you are having lack of sleep.
Kindly take Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid injections every alternate day for 10 days. Take B-complex capsules orally once a day for 15 days. This should help you to restore Vitamin levels to optimum levels.
Take Alprazolam 0.5 mg once a day at night after food for 5 days only for sleeplessness.
By about 5 days to one week, you should start feeling better.
All the best.
