Can Lack Of Vitamins Cause Hip Stiffness And Pain?

Hi, I am 51 year old female, weight: 10.6lbs, Height 5.6 medical history usual aches and pains, went for a blood test this week for stiffness and pains in both hips, came back lack of vitimins what does this mean? I do have to go back for another blood test.
