Can Late Periods, Stomach Pain And Bloating, Acid Reflux Be A Pregnancy?

Hello doctor Me and my partner are trying for our second child, and I am now 4 weeks late for my period, but last week I took a test and come back negative . I also have stabbing pain in my lower right side of my stomach. I feel very much like I m pregnant in very bloated, feel really sick for no real reason, I have the worst heart burn witch I haven t had since I was pregnant with my first child and my hormones are all over the place which is not like me at all. I m just very confused Thank you

Understand your concern
Yes late period, stomach pain and bloating are the symptoms of pregnancy.
Bloating and acid reflux occur due to progesterone that relax the muscle GIT tract. 4 week late period is definitely sign of pregnancy and some time urine pregnancy test may give negative result as it is not accurate.
I advice you to go for Blood HCG and USG scan for accurate confirmation of pregnancy.
Take small frequent diet less than large meal, avoid spicy and fatty foods, do not go to bed after food, make angle of 45 degree (head rise position to avoid reflux) take panmax-D.
