Can Leg And Shin Swelling With Burning Caused By Injury Be Treated?

It's been 3 and a half weeks ago I took a line drive to the shin playin baseball. @ first I gotta green lump and then 2 days later my leg swelled and the bruise all the way around almost my entire leg and down to my ankle. After about a week I noticed completely around my ankle and on top part of my lower leg started turning blue and dark purple. My leg still swollen, but even bigger and now my ankle and my toes are puffed up too. I start havin sharp burning on my shin where I got hit and around it. Now the swelling is down a little, but really sharp burning is almost constant all day. Along with bad itching. It's starting to really hurt now and I can't even handle my pants touching
