Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it doesn't appear to be the bite,or due to the meth. It appears to be the viral infection, with a secondary infection, over it.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Though it is a self limiting disease, the medicine can be used for limiting the spread of the super infection with the bacteria.
I usually prescribe to to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, diclofenacsodium.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
