Can Light Alcohol Consumption Cause Unexpected Vaginal Bleeding 5 Days After My Period Ended?

I don’t take alcohol often. In fact I’m a light drinker and I’ve not had alcohol in over 6 months. I had a little to drink last night and I woke up this morning bleeding from my vagina. I was confused as I just ended my period 5days ago. Is this normal?
