Hi,
If you have been sexually active throughout without any protection, these symptoms could be due to conception; yet, it is too early to presume one. To detect early, you can get serum beta-hCG titres estimated now; else, you can wait for your next period and get a HPT 3-7 days later if you miss it with a fresh early morning sample of urine and follow it up with a trans-vaginal sonogram. If pregnancy is excluded, it could be due to pre-menstrual hormone imbalance. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
