Can Light Positive In Urine Test Confirms Pregnancy After Tubectomy?

Hai, i had my cessarian and also tubectomy in May 31, 2011, after one and half years i had my periods in October 22, 2012 but in November i dint had my periods, while checking urine in lab, they said it showed light positive, i am curious to know what it might be a pregnent or not ?

Hello,

There is less chances that you are pregnant as you had your tubal ligation and urine test is just a screening test have high rate of false positive result. I would advise for repeat UPT and USG. There are less chances not zero chances, as there is failure rate also.
