Can Light Spotting Than Normal Indicate Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex April 22 around 3am my bf cam in me twice my period came April 12 and lasted 6 days I took plan b pill the when I woke up around the 27 I was spotting wayyy lighter than my normal period it lasted 3 days but I been feeling all pregnancy symptoms & my period was due the 10th of this month but it usually come faster then that am I pregnant I really want to be

A plan B tablet at the period of 5 days of unprotected sex does not help to that extent against when utilized within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. A pregnancy test with beta HCG is mandatory to be valuated for further guidelines.
