Can Long Term Usage Of Melacare Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi Doctor, m 22 am using Melacare from pat 1 year ... if in case am not using it for more then a week.. i get allargy on my skin and get small pimpmes and gets swallon ... and if i continue using it my skin will become normal again .......its like my skin got addicted to MELACARE ... i want to know is melacare good for my skin pls suggest me and help me out in this as many are saying that its not good to use it ... One of the doctor has suggested my cousin not to use it
