Can Long Term Use Of Vitamin E Effect Health?

Will long time use of Vitamin E (four hundred mg daily for years together) cause any adverse side effects and if so what have to be done to eradicate those side effects other than stopping the drug?I am taking these drug at the above dose for the past Five years and it gives a sense of well being and good erectile function.
