Can Long Time Smoking Cause Vomiting With Cramps?

my wife has been vomiting for the past few weeks right after she eats. no fever, headaches, unusual pain, cramps other than hunger cramps and vomiting cramps. no visible skin systems. weight gain and or bloating has dramatically increased. frequent heart burn systems but no signs of ulcers or any other stomach problems. no known allergies. age 41 and 20 yr smoker. longs are clear. menstrual cycle is highly irregular and always has been, recently had surgery to remove a growth from her uterus due to thick lining. was said this is nothing to worry about. I believe she may have a enzyme or other digestive problem, but no one can seem to figure it out.

Cannot say in her particular case, but it is rather arbitrary to say that a 20 yr history of cigarettes NOW causes vomiting. More likely is a condition that started when she started vomiting. A gall bladder disorder, new medications, liver or kidney problems all can do this.
