hi i am rao umair optometrist from pakistan sir please tel me what are significance of low astigmatism in young patians when they do our near work becaus i have a lot of patians who complain when they do our near work feel eye fatigue and they stop our work i checked they are suffering astigmatism very miner degree just - +0.50 or + -0.75 not more then please answer me

If astigmatism is present ,Even as mall cylindrical defect it may be.It is tobe added to near vision correction,
