Can Low Bleeding During Periods Along With Pain In Back And Legs Be Pregnancy?

Hi i am 32 yrs, I have a PCOD and i am planned for child. I am consult for doctor, she give me Regestion for 11th day of period for 15 days, continue three months, and my menses circle is 28 days, but this month i have very low bleeding, and pain in back and legs. what is the reason. is it normal, Can I conceive.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Sometimes bleeding can be due to implantation of fertilized ovum if you are having decreased bleeding as compared to your normal periodic flow get one urine or serum beta-HCG test done to diagnose pregnancy.
