Can Low Carb Diet Be The Cause Of Sore Breasts?

I have really sore breast like I get when I'm due on but my period but it's been like this all month, I also have bright urine even though I drink 2 litres of water a day. My past period only lasted 1 day but I did a pregnancy test and it's saying negative. I have started a low carb diet, could it be this?

Thank you

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The irregular periods, sore breast, dark urine are all may be due to the urinary tract infection, anemia.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, ranitidine, and iron preparations.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods, to help the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
