Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have polyp and ulcers in your colon that leads to chronic blood loss. It leads to iron deficiency anemia and low ferritine level. You should go for surgery of your polyp and takr treatment of your ulcer. Once the blood loss will stop. Your anemia and ferritin level will increase. You can also take oral or injectable iron to improve ferritine level.
