Can Low Thyroid Cause Fatigue And Dizziness?

I am an always tierd mother of two I only wrk 5 hours three days a week at a very stress free job. I have no motivation which is very upseting for me bcs I long to be outgoing and many times need to get things done but just dont have the umph to get up and get it done. Also went I get up I will often experience a rapid heartbeat andizzyness it feels like Im going to pass out. I recently visited

thevdoctor just for a check up where doc discovered microscopic traces of blood in my urine and low thyroid. Upon 3 seperate other ua's blood is still in urine and Im now on thyroid meds. Doc also refered me to urologist

Hi,
Yes hypothyroidism or low thyroid can cause fatigue and dizzines but taking Levothyroxine(thyroid replacement hormones) can stabilise the thyroid tests level and you will feel much better.Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
