Can Lower Back Pain Have Led To Miscarriage?

ive been having really bad lower back pain. it hurts when i stand up and walk. i recently had 4 home pregnancy tests come back positive but the blood tests \done by my family doctor showed that i had miscarried. the second blood test the hcg levels \decreased alot. what could be going wrong?
