Can Lubrication In Vagina Be Used If Having Painful Intercourse?

dear doctor,im a virgin and i am very apprehensive regarding the sexual experience with my husband to be.im worried sick about the pain.can you advice something to make it easier for me,will lubrication or analgesics/muscle relanxants help?or should i practice with viginal dilators.
