Can Lumbar Stenosis Cause Inconsistent Erections?

hello i am 47 and recently been diagnosed with lumbar stenosis. before my diagnosis i started to have inconsistent erections during sex, even with the use of performance enhancing drugs (and low blood flow to my penis when flacid). since i have numbness and tingling to my legs is it possible that this condition has an affect with my erections?
