Can Lumps Around The Ridge Of Anus Reoccur?

Hello I m 19 years old and I ve noticed there is a soft lump under the skin of my labia majora on the left side right around the ridge of my anus and when I touch it it is a little painful. The lump is not very noticeable unless you re looking for it, there is no discoloration of any sort (redness or white) and I only found it by feeling it. This has happened to me before a couple years ago and there were more that came and got bigger and then went away.. Should I be worried at all? What could it be that I m experiencing?

Hi
Welcome.
It might be folliculitis or piles. It requires an examination to confirm.
Is there any blood in the stool?
Is there any difficulty in passing stool?
See local doctor for examination and confirming the diagnosis.
Hope this helps
