Hematologist 's  Response
Yes you may have hiv. More ovef you tested before a month of exposure with elisa and rapid test that ate not specific in early days because you may be in window period. So for confirmation go for confirmatory hiv testing like pcr or p24 antigen. Lymphnode may enlarge in hiv.however its not necessary. So go for confirmatory test.

Hematologist Dr. Hardik Sanghvi's  Response
yes it may be due to hiv or may not. moreover rapid test is not 100% specific, because it is based on antibody detection. and it takes time to develops. in that period you are in window period. so go for confirmatory hiv test like p24 or pcr.it will clear your all doubts.
