Can Marijuana And Cocaine Cause Any Problem For Rheumatoid And Osteoarthritis?

Hello Dr., I Don Johnson have Rheumatoid and Ostioarthritis. I take Prednisone and Methotrexate for pain relief. Sometimes I take Aleve.

Occasionally I do cocain and medical marijuana which instantly releives my pain and stress. Is this bad for me. my e-mail - YYYY@YYYY . Thanks
