Can Marijuana Be Smoked Prior To Having A MRI?

Hello, I have an MRI Appointment tomorrow afternoon at 12 noon. I would like to smoke marijuana a bit before going to bed tonight and would like to know if it would effect my results {i.e give wrong result, different than actual problem etc.} My MRI appointment is for my stomach, and I also have one on the 12th of August for my spine. Im inquiring about both. Thank you

welcome to Health care magic.
1.I would never suggest any one to get addictive material before any investigation.
2.Yes it does effect on the result - may be not directly, but indirectly it does effect the results ( in stomach scan )
3.The leaf you want to smoke does effect on the cardiac activity and psychotic effect.
4.Spine may not show any effect - but i will not recommend.
5.For a day you take some pain killers instead of your addiction material.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
