Can Mastoiditis Cause Facial And Ear Pain?

I have suffered from facial pain in the past that my dr thinks is trigeminal neuralgia. I have realised lately that when I wear any glasses they press behind my right ear causing similar pain in my face and a pain down my neck (right side). Could this be mastoiditis?

Hi,

No mastoiditis generally doesn't cause this type of pain but maxillary sinusitis can cause facial pain.
