Can Mastrubation Affect The Menstrual Cycle In Woman?

I m shivangi.. Female.. 22 yrs...Is there any relationship between masturbation n menstruation? I mean I used to have 3 days cycle in the beginning of the month but I mastrubated at 2nd day of my period and after that my menstruation has increased to 8 days and flow is also less. So I want to know is there any problem? Because this has never happened before. Do I need to go to the gyna. Will she get to know about my habit? M worried
