Hello Dr. I am a 28 yr old married woman. I am masturbating since 8 years. And I hardly orgasms with my hubby and it takes a long time also. We both enjoy sex with each other. He is very cooperating.Now, I want to know that does masturbating regularly can inhibit me from concieving and how can I increase my orgasm?

i may understand ur concern.in my opinion if u want to conceive then u should avoid masturbation and it will be better to consult a sexologist for proper councelling and any medication to help in ur fertility.good luck.
