Hi, I have been masturbating since class 10th. Incidentally I have started performing bad since the moment I fell into excessive masturbation... my grades dropped drastically...and now I feel there is a permanent scar on my mental health in terms of memory and processing power...Is this true?

Hi...masturbation has not side effects...its the time you spend doing it and thinking about it is causinga toil on your grades...have self control and concentrate on your studies...
